The Vein Treatment Center was established in 2004, by Dr. Charles I. Stein and Dr. N. John Collucci. The Doctors met while working together establishing Vein centers throughout Florida.  They realized that the specialized care in treating varicose veins with the latest technology was absent in the Palm Coast area.  They decided to open a part time office until the permanent  medical facility, under construction, is completed. Their goal is to provide the very best and expert care to their patients, with integrity while providing relief of pain!
